Frequently Asked Questions
What do I receive with my purchase?
You’ll receive a digital colouring page file ready to download and print at home. No physical item will be posted to you.
How do I download my colouring page?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll be able to download the file and save it to your device, ready to print whenever you like.
What size should I print the page?
The pages are designed to print neatly on A4 paper. You can also adjust your printer settings if you’d prefer a slightly smaller version.
Can I print the page more than once?
Yes, you can reprint your purchased page for your own personal use, which is handy if you want to try a completely different colour palette the second time around.
What paper should I use?
Standard printer paper works perfectly, but you can use thicker paper or cardstock if your printer supports it and you prefer a sturdier colouring surface.
Can I use markers?
Absolutely. If you’re using markers, we recommend putting a spare sheet of paper underneath your colouring page in case any ink bleeds through.
Will anything be sent to me in the post?
No. These are digital products, so nothing physical will arrive. Your colouring adventure starts with a download rather than a delivery van.
Are the pages suitable for beginners?
Yes. OhMyMello pages are designed with clear, bold outlines and plenty of satisfying spaces to colour, while still including lots of fun little details.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
No. OhMyMello digital colouring pages are for personal use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, shared as digital files or used commercially.
Do you sell physical colouring books too?
Yes. OhMyMello physical colouring books are available separately through Amazon, including collections featuring lots more cosy chaos and silly scenes.
